Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Thank you for choosing to work with me! To make sure every client receives the best experience, please review the guidelines below: Appointments All services (real estate consultations, staging, organizing, travel planning, etc.) are by appointment only. Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may limit future scheduling availability. No-Shows Missed appointments will delay future bookings. Preparation For home consultations, please have any important documents, notes, or questions ready so we can make the most of our time together. If I’m helping with organizing or staging, a quick tidy-up is appreciated—but don’t worry, I also offer up to 8 hours of complimentary decluttering and pre-staging support when preparing a home to list. Punctuality I value your time and ask that you value mine as well. Please be available promptly at our scheduled time.
